Middle class Ohioans are in trouble. Things aren’t like they used to be - Ohio families are working harder than ever, but fewer have healthcare or retirement security.

CEOs don’t treat workers fairly – it seems like the more employees and benefits they cut, the more they get paid.

What’s the answer?

We need to make it easier for workers to bargain for better wages, benefits and working conditions. A CEO wouldn’t spend a day on the job without a contract to protect his rights. Ohioans should have the same opportunity.

The Employee Free Choice Act would give workers the same rights CEOs and corporations have in choosing whether to vote using majority sign-up or a secret ballot election.
